APPOINTMENTS BY BOOKING ONLY

All services require an appointment scheduled in advance. No walk-ins at this time.​​
DEPOSITS

A non-refundable deposit (25% of service cost) is required to secure your appointment. This will be applied towards your total service cost.
Cancellation/ rescheduling

Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may result in loss of deposit.
Late arrivals

Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in shortened service or a need to reschedule. No shows will be charged full service price.
No extra guests

To maintain a calm, sanitary environment, only the client receiving services may enter the treatment area.
Payment

The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service. Payments will be made through the booking site.
